We're hiring a Full-Time Appointment Setter to connect with our warm leads and help them take the next step in transforming their lives through our high-ticket consulting program.
This isn’t your average sales-related job.
You’ll be talking to Muslim entrepreneurs, seekers of purpose, and young professionals who already showed interest in building wealth the halal way. Your role is to start the conversation, build trust, qualify them gently, and guide them to a call with our team.
You’ll be the first impression they get—so this is dawah and service before it’s sales.
This is a remote, full-time position and commission-based.
Your Role
Reach out to new leads via WhatsApp/Instagram (DM-style convo)
Start conversations in a natural, Islamic, value-driven way
Qualify leads using soft criteria (you’ll get training and scripts)
Book them into a discovery or strategy call with our sales team
Follow up with those who didn’t reply or weren’t ready yet
Track everything in GoHighLevel or Google Sheets
Communicate clearly with the team daily
You’ll work closely with our content & sales team, and every week you’ll see the impact you’re helping create—Muslims finally building their dream life with barakah.

You should have a strong command of written and spoken English. Since you'll be engaging with members, handling support emails, and moderating discussions, it's important that you can communicate in a clear, professional, and friendly manner. Your ability to write naturally and personably will play a key role in fostering a strong sense of community.
Previous Experience
You have previous experience working as an appointment setter.
