We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and organized Community Manager to help build and maintain an engaged, thriving community.
This role is all about supporting our members, moderating discussions, and ensuring that every brother and sister inside our communities feels supported, connected, and motivated to reach their goals. You’ll also handle support emails, manage community interactions, and even maybe hop on calls with members to collect testimonials.
This is a FULL-TIME remote position where you’ll work flexible hours—as long as you complete your daily tasks and keep our community running smoothly.
Your Role
✅ Manage & Moderate Community → Monitor discussions, reply to posts & comments, and make sure the platform stays positive & valuable for all members.
✅ Handle Support Emails/Messages → Answer member inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience for everyone inside UnifiedUmmah+.
✅ Daily Check-ins & Engagement → Actively interact with members, post reminders, and keep the energy high inside the community.
✅ Scheduling & Task Management → Help manage the internal calendar for community events, live calls, and key announcements.
✅ Collect Testimonials → Reach out to members who have seen success inside UnifiedUmmah+ and jump on calls with them to document their journey.
✅ Process Cancellations → Handle cancellation requests professionally while ensuring members leave with a positive experience.

Slack & Gmail
Slack & Gmail is our communication softwares. We use Slack mainly for team communication, and email for support for our members.




Google Sheets & Notion
Google Sheets & Notion is also a big part of our company. We use google sheets to store data (cancellation requests) and Notion for overall management.


Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. And as you're going to be handling support matters, Stripe is really important to check subscriptions, cancel, refund etc.

Fluent In English
Clear & Effective Communication
You should have a strong command of written and spoken English. Since you'll be engaging with members, handling support emails, and moderating discussions, it's important that you can communicate in a clear, professional, and friendly manner. Your ability to write naturally and personably will play a key role in fostering a strong sense of community.

Be the Bridge Between Members & Community
You’ll be the go-to person for members who need help or guidance. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with cancellations, resolving concerns, or making members feel heard and valued, your ability to listen, empathize, and find solutions will be crucial. You should be proactive in identifying potential issues before they arise and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone in the community.
