We're hiring a Creative Director to take full ownership of our YouTube content—from ideation to scripting, and everything in between.
This isn’t a job for someone who just wants to “make content.” We’re building a movement. Our YouTube channel is a key part of a mission to inspire millions of young Muslims to reconnect with their purpose, rise above distractions, and build meaningful, faith-driven lives.
You won’t just be making videos—you’ll be helping shape narratives that change hearts, wake up minds, and spread the message of truth.
If you’re creative, organized, a beast at storytelling, and you want to work on content that actually matters—this might be the most fulfilling role you’ll ever take on.
Your Role
✅ Generate video ideas based on trends, feedback, and deep insight into our message and audience
✅ Script the entire video—from the first hook to the last call to action—so that it’s ready for recording
✅ Coordinate visual elements like B-roll suggestions, title ideas, thumbnails, etc.
✅ Work closely with Thom (me) to make sure the content reflects my voice, brand, and mission
✅ Iterate based on feedback, performance, and analytics

Circle.so
Circle is our main community platform. Knowing Circle.so is an important part of this role as everything about our community is hosted there.
Slack & Gmail
Slack & Gmail is our communication softwares. We use Slack mainly for team communication, and email for support for our members.
Google Sheets & Notion
Google Sheets & Notion is also a big part of our company. We use google sheets to store data (cancellation requests) and Notion for overall management.
Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. And as you're going to be handling support matters, Stripe is really important to check subscriptions, cancel, refund etc.

Fluent In English
Clear & Effective Communication
You should have a strong command of written and spoken English. Since you'll be engaging with members, handling support emails, and moderating discussions, it's important that you can communicate in a clear, professional, and friendly manner. Your ability to write naturally and personably will play a key role in fostering a strong sense of community.

Be the Bridge Between Members & Community
You’ll be the go-to person for members who need help or guidance. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with cancellations, resolving concerns, or making members feel heard and valued, your ability to listen, empathize, and find solutions will be crucial. You should be proactive in identifying potential issues before they arise and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone in the community.

Youtube → Experienced in YouTube content (you understand the platform and how to hook viewers)

Having previous experience is the most important requirement for this position as you will be the Creative Director of channels with combined has close to 400k subscribers and you will be cooperating with our content team of editors & designers.
