We're hiring a Creative Writer to take full ownership of our content—from ideation to scripting, and everything in between.
This isn’t a job for someone who just wants to “make content.” We’re building a movement. Our YouTube channel is a key part of a mission to inspire millions of young Muslims to reconnect with their purpose, rise above distractions, and build meaningful, faith-driven lives.
You won’t just be making videos—you’ll be helping shape narratives that change hearts, wake up minds, and spread the message of truth.
If you’re creative, organized, a beast at storytelling, and you want to work on content that actually matters—this might be the most fulfilling role you’ll ever take on.
Your Role
✅ Generate video ideas based on trends, feedback, and deep insight into our message and audience
✅ Script the entire video—from the first hook to the last call to action—so that it’s ready for recording
✅ Coordinate visual elements like B-roll suggestions, title ideas, thumbnails, etc.
✅ Work closely with Thom (me) to make sure the content reflects my voice, brand, and mission
✅ Iterate based on feedback, performance, and analytics

Fluent In English
Clear & Effective Communication
You should have a strong command of written and spoken English. Since you'll be engaging with members, handling support emails, and moderating discussions, it's important that you can communicate in a clear, professional, and friendly manner. Your ability to write naturally and personably will play a key role in fostering a strong sense of community.
Previous Experience
You have previous experience working as a Creative Writer.
Having previous experience is the most important requirement for this position as you will be the Creative Writer of channels with combined has close to 400k subscribers and you will be cooperating with our content team of editors & designers.

You should be self-motivated and organized, ensuring tasks are completed daily without needing constant supervision. While there are no strict working hours, consistency and reliability are essential in this role.
