We are a growing digital content brand focused on empowering Muslims to build halal wealth and meaningful businesses. Led by Thom Défilet (ریّان), our content spans YouTube, Instagram, and our mentorship programs including Barakah Arbitrage. As we continue to expand, we are looking for multiple skilled Full-Cycle Closers to join our sales team on a full-time, commission-based basis.

A Full-Cycle Closer plays a crucial role in transforming leads into members who benefit from our programs. You will call leads, qualify them, book appointments, and close sales for our mid-ticket Barakah Arbitrage program. If you have proven sales experience, can handle objections confidently, and want to serve the Muslim Ummah while earning strong commissions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Role Overview


The Full-Cycle Closer will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closed deal. This is a full-time, commission-only position that involves calling warm leads from our events, qualifying prospects, booking appointments, conducting sales calls, and closing deals for our Barakah Arbitrage program. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong objection handling, and the ability to build trust quickly. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment while collaborating with our sales team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Call and engage warm leads generated from our events. Qualify prospects based on fit and readiness.

  • Book qualified leads for sales appointments. Manage calendar and follow-up schedule effectively.

  • Conduct sales appointments and present Barakah Arbitrage program. Build rapport and trust quickly.

  • Handle objections professionally and address prospect concerns. Guide leads toward confident buying decisions.

  • Close deals and onboard new members into the program. Ensure smooth transition to fulfillment team.

  • Use Close.com CRM to track all activities and pipeline. Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks.

  • Collaborate with sales team to share insights and strategies. Participate in team meetings and training.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently. Maintain high conversion rates and customer satisfaction..


Qualifications and Skills Required


  • Intermediate to expert-level sales experience with proven results. Track record of closing deals required.

  • Strong communication skills in English. Clear, confident, and persuasive speaking ability.

  • Experience in high-ticket or mid-ticket sales preferred. Understanding of consultative selling approach.

  • Excellent objection handling skills. Ability to address concerns and move deals forward.

  • Self-motivated and driven by results. Thrives in commission-based environment.

  • Understanding of Islamic financing and halal business principles preferred. Ability to speak to Muslim audience authentically.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems like Close.com. Tech-savvy and organized.

  • Practicing Muslim who aligns with Islamic values. Represents the mission authentically.

  • Available to work remotely in Dubai timezone. Reliable internet and dedicated workspace.

  • Team player with collaborative mindset. Willing to share knowledge and learn from others.
