Join Team Défilet Corp. as a thumbnail designer. In this role, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer who can create scroll-stopping YouTube and social media thumbnails that convert. You’ll work closely with our content team to bring stories, lessons, and messages to life visually — making sure every thumbnail not only grabs attention, but aligns with our brand’s purpose and mission.
Your Role
As the Thumbnail Designer, you’ll help us maximize click-through rates by designing compelling visuals for our video content across platforms. Your work will help expand our message to Muslims and non-Muslims across the globe.
You'll be responsible for:
Designing high-converting thumbnails
Collaborating with Thom and the content team to capture key emotions, expressions & concepts
Maintaining brand consistency while experimenting with creative ideas
Re-editing existing thumbnails based on performance feedback

Design Skillset
We're looking for a design wizard
You should be proficient in tools like Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or your preferred designing software (advanced level). Bonus if you’re skilled with AI-based design enhancements.
Understanding of Youtube/Social Media
Designing thumbnails are more than making them visually good
You know what works — how titles, thumbnails, and video hooks all work together. You’ve studied channels with strong visual branding and/or you've worked with content creators in the past.
